Uigeadail is a blend of Ardbeg's traditional peaty, smoky whisky and whisky that has been aged in sherry casks. This gives the whisky a unique flavor profile, with notes of dark chocolate, spices, dried fruit and a hint of smokiness. It is aged for a minimum of 14 years and is bottled at a strength of 54.2% ABV.
 
Uigeadail has received high praise from critics and is considered one of the best whisky of the Ardbeg distillery, it has won several awards such as the title of "World Whisky of the Year" by Jim Murray in his Whisky Bible in 2009.
