The 100% buy back aspect of the plan guarantees that Unique Assets will buy back the property at the original purchase price at the end of the agreed term.

Unique Assets will then work to find a tenant for the property, and if the property is not occupied by a tenant, the company will provide the property owner with a guaranteed rental income. The 100% buy back aspect of the plan typically works by the company agreeing to buy back the property at the original purchase price at the end of the term.

Q: I am getting much higher price for my property at the end of the term and I do not want to give property back to Unique Assets ?

A: It is your property and you can do whatever you may wish. You can sell it to open market and make more profit or simply keep it for personal use or pass it to your loved once. We aim to provide flexible, transparent and secured plans to our customers.


Q: I got a proposal for higher rental proposal but I do not want to cancel cancel guarantee rental plan. Can we put it on hold ?

A: Yes, we can put the plan on hold and you need to give us 6 months notice to take possession of the property. Please note that we shall inspect the property and there will be other nominal charges if you want to restart the plan.


Q: I want to end guarantee rental plan as well as 100% buy back plan. How can I do it ?

A: You can end any plan by giving us 6 months notice.


Q: I think your property is more expensive than market price. Is it true ?

A: It is very difficult to know the price of certain unit within a building and we do choose the best available units as well as we need to factor in charges such as common fee, decorations, normal wear and tear, maintenance, taxes and other administration charges. Sometimes, price may seem bit higher than others but if you factor in all charges, our price is much more competitive than any other company in market.
